Bangkok

Am shattered after a fantastic day around Bangkok. We tried the water taxi, the canal boat, the Skytrain and walked off our feet. We saw the Wat Arun temple, the National Museum and the Golden Mount. We tried a bit of street food - I did stick with veggie for that, but a meal for two for £2.50 wasn’t bad. Finished off with a swim in the pool and then coffee overlooking the river. It’s flipping noisy (ok so what do you expect from a city) and so it makes me count my blessing I live in a sleepy Devon village.
