Sad news..

Woke up to terrible news from Sri Lanka with Cinnamon grand bombed along with many churches. Had a quick exchange with Bogdan.

We went down for breakfast and hung around to say goodbye to most of the party. Richard, Susanne and Oscar were all staying one more night. Susanne and Oscar had gone for a trip back up into the mountains.

We tried to go out for a walk but it wasn’t pleasant. So headed back to have a lazy morning.

Went up to the sky lounge and had water and sandwiches up there.

I had my Hammam treatment. A naked scrub down with abrasive soap, steam for a bit, rub down with clay and rose oil, steam for a bit then hose down.

After lunch we walked out to the cyber park which was much more our thing. Then we headed over to the African mama restaurant which appeared to be a hip reggae place. We raised the average age a bit! A lot of people smoking. And the traffic as we tried to get there was horrific.
